Two viewings, but no news

The Wednesday viewers were a family with two kids who have been looking for a while. They saw the house opposite us a couple of  months ago. They thought they might add a dakkapel (dormer window) across the back of the house here to give an extra room on the top floor; all the other houses in this row have it. Unfortunately that also means moving the heater. Some previous owner decided that it was nicer to have the hot air heater in the attic rather than in the kitchen where it was originally. (This stopped us from adding the dakkapel also.) Doubtful if these folks will be back.

Today's view was the real estate agent for the Norwegian family. Expecting the family to show up too, we watched him arrive from across the street. Then we did some errands and stopped to treat ourselves to some ice cream. Ed left his cell phone in the car, so we didn't get to talk with our agent afterwards, but had only a garbled message on the phone at home. On other occasions, he's tried more than once to reach the cell phone, so we're not sure what's to make of this. He seemed to be pretty positive that we might have an offer coming soon. We hope so.
