It could be that the bread trick worked!

We had two English-speaking viewers today. The first group was, again, just starting to look, so while they liked the house OK, they will look at more. The second group was a Norwegian woman and an adult daughter; there may be another child also. They are very interested and are expected to make another appointment for next week to have another look. They liked the kitchen (which they'll replace, so we don't know what they liked), and the small garden, and the size, and the fact that it is available "soon", "soon" being at the end of September. They also looked at a much more expensive apartment in the area, but prefer this. Ok, take a deep breath and try not to be too excited. There's a long weekend to come first.

For the bread-doubting thomases, the real estate agent asked if we had planned the bread baking. Yes, we said. He thought it was a good touch, a very positive smell. He also thought the house looked very nice. We wonder what it was we did different this time. Maybe his vision was clouded by the odor?
