And then it was December

Shortly after Thanksgiving, both of us came down with the nasty cold that's going around. This meant things were pretty quiet here for several weeks. We missed birthday lunches, xmas markets, concerts, etc. (Feeling sorry for ourselves.)

Ed was well enough to participate in his Montbron choir's annual carol concert. Here's a bit of the singing ...

On Christmas Eve, internet connectivity got so bad that Ed took the Livebox (modem) to the shop in Angoulême hoping they'd exchange it for a new one. Sadly, they tested it and found no problems, but probably updated some software. That seemed to solve the problem for a few days, but the connection is still not reliable.

And our annual tree picture, with Pogo only, the cats not being very interested in being photographed.

We did get to one very nice concert near the end of the month, organ music in Pranzac where we're been before. The carved grill has been added since we last saw it. This piece is fun because the page turner is very busy changing the stops. (Sorry you'll have to put your left ear on your left shoulder to watch this.)

Our weather continued unseasonably warm and dry, but giving us some beautiful sunsets along with blossoms of spring wildflowers and shrumbs.
